In Journal 19 – Thoughts on Immoral Behavior, I gave you a purview into what I feel is a general subject. This time I want to narrow my focus and talk about corruption. I work a full time day job from my home for a big corporation selling services to homeowners. Sometimes I find myself in the crosshairs as a sales person in order to accomplish the sale that’s less than what I would like to tell the customer. Other sales people know precisely what I’m talking about. All corporations always grade your performance based upon your sales figures. A little white lie outside of bounds just a touch is not something that I consider corruption. What I consider corruption is when you steal money from people who have no idea they have been taken for their money. But that is just the beginning of it. It’s not just about scamming exclusively that takes the cake on corruption, it’s the behavior behind the corrupt attitude. 

What causes a person to act differently like they can vilify others and then do things behind closed doors that do not depict what they would project to normal society. That’s hypocrisy. But it’s a current that leads to a more powerful place of uncanny disloyalty to people with no idea of what is about to happen to them. Even as an exorcist, I have always been keenly aware that certain people claim they can handle a demonic entity. But I know there happen to be miscreants who tell people they possess capabilities they simply do not possess. I am certain with the amount of times I turn down requests for an exorcism, likely 40 out of 50 people roughly do not have what I know is a demonic presence, I know there are people out there who will take all 50 cases. 

Those are scammers. As a matter of proof, dare I say you contact me on my website and tell me your story of whether you are possessed or not. If I do a thorough examination of your symptoms and I turn you down, just remember you read this article and tell me you did so. That way I will remember to have you look for a 2nd opinion. And should the next person you contact, take on the job, then I’ve proven my point basically. Corrupt people are everywhere. Or at best, the other exorcist has no idea what a real possessed person experiences and how close to death they are with violence and temper issues and so they just assume whoever reaches out to them is in fact legitimately possessed by a demon.

Either way, they’re making a decent penny off of concerned people taking fifty out of fifty entire cases when I’ll take one out of fifty. Maybe I’ll take more than one, but the fact remains, what is on the mind of a person who would take all fifty cases? Are they corrupt with greed? Are they salesmen like myself? I only tell a white lie twice a week in sales. Is my being an exorcist in conflict with my sales profession? That is a topic for another time. There is a point at which self interests collide with what’s’ truly hurtful to another human being.
